We have compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions to help you learn more about the design and cost of our websites. If you have additional questions, we would be happy to answer them for you.
How much does a website cost?
Basically, there are 3 separate fees that are required to create and maintain a website. One is the webdesigner fee to create the site (one-time fee). The other is the fee for a web host provider (monthly fee). Last, maintenance and upgrade fees are billed at $50 per hour and only occur when you want to make changes to your site.
Professional Design: Because every website we build is unique in its requirements and design, the cost will vary. In your free website consultation, we will gather information to assist in providing you with a fixed price proposal. You will know exactly what is included in the proposal price and we guarantee that there will be no “hidden costs.”
Web Hosting: In order to keep your website on the internet and available for anyone to view, you have to contract with a web host provider for space on their web servers. These fees are generally very small for a basic site and can be as low as $8 per month. We will recommend a web hosting plan that best fits with your website requirements.
Maintenance Fees: Maintenance fees are only billed when you want to upgrade your site (add/remove pages, add/remove services & products, etc.) It is very important to keep your site updated to ensure you have return visitors to your site.
How long does it take to have a website designed?
The average turnaround time for a professional web design project is 1 to 4 weeks. These times are highly dependent on the complexity of the site, the customer’s level of involvement, and the current workload.
Do you use templates?
