Project: Web-Based Project Management Tool for Pool Building Company

Our client wanted a secure online website created for their staff to manage all of their pool building projects in the Southwest Houston area. The client had been using a very-detailed paper-based checklist for each project but this document was not available and updated in real time for the owner, project managers and admin personnel. We computerized their checklist and created multiple admin levels for staff personnel to be able to edit the checklist, monitor status of each project, add comments, store client contact information, and upload client photos. We also created a separate client-login area where clients had read-only access to certain peices of information so that they could be updated with project status as well.

Project: Web-based Project Management Tool for Small Business Tax Preparer

As a certified IRS e-file professional, our client wanted a secure website created for her to manage each of her client accounts, send important alerts and news to all of her clients, allow clients to send her documents, and provide a mechanism for keeping track of open tasks and required documents to complete their tax forms. We also developed a client-login level where her clients could view read-only data provided by the admin.

Project: Admin-Managed, Dynamic Website for Apartment Broker

Our client, a Houston Apartment Broker, needed both a front-end website developed to display details of all the Houston Apartment Properties as well as a back-end admin area where he could add new properties, add new areas and subdivisions, upload new photos and copy for properties, and even control all of his meta tags for SEO purposes. The result is a high-ranking, highly dynamic website that is fully managed by the site adminstrator.
